About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Allia Future Business Centre Cambridge Campus is a purpose-built workspace in north Cambridge, created for social enterprises, charities, impact-led start-ups and growing organisations working towards positive social or environmental change. The campus brings together private offices, coworking, meeting and conference rooms, virtual office services and event facilities across two sustainable buildings. Members and visitors can also make use of Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, breakout areas, meeting pods and booths, an on-site café, event catering and a sun terrace. On-site parking, cycle parking and electric vehicle charging add practical convenience for commuters and visitors. Situated close to Cambridge Science Park, the campus has strong road connections and a Guided Busway link into the city centre. Its friendly front-of-house team supports tenants and visitors, while community events and networking opportunities help create a collaborative atmosphere rather than a purely transactional office environment. Whether you need a professional base, a place to meet clients, room for a growing team or a community of like-minded organisations, the Cambridge Campus offers a welcoming setting with business support at its heart. It is particularly suited to ventures and organisations that want their working environment to reflect a commitment to people, place and planet.
