Bayspace St Ives is a flexible coworking and community venue in the heart of St Ives, set in an award-winning restored Grade II listed building overlooking the harbour. Its peaceful setting combines productive workspaces with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it suitable for local residents and visitors alike. For work, there are hot desks, permanent desk memberships and flexible day passes, alongside breakout areas, a members’ kitchen, reliable broadband, sound-dampened phone booths, printing and copying, bike racks, luggage storage, accessible toilets and showers, and lift access to all floors. The mix suits freelancers, start-ups, small teams, students and anyone needing a calm place to focus. Meeting rooms are available to members and non-members, with spaces for one-to-one conversations, small meetings, larger boardroom-style sessions and hybrid work. The Orangery provides the largest event setting, with seating for up to 40 or standing for 60, harbour-facing terrace access and catering facilities. Other rooms can host workshops, away days, conferences, team building, product launches, community activities and small wedding ceremonies.
