About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Benchworks is a new coworking and business workspace in Dover, created for freelancers, founders, remote workers and growing teams. Its purpose is to give people a professional base where ideas can develop, businesses can take shape and useful connections happen naturally. The workspace offers coworking with day passes, dedicated desks and fully enclosed private offices for small and medium-sized teams. Meeting and boardrooms provide comfortable, well-equipped settings for client meetings, team sessions, presentations and workshops, making the space suitable for focused individual work as well as collaborative days. A strong community feel sits at the heart of Benchworks. The team presents it as a social and creative meeting place where like-minded people can share ideas, support one another and build their businesses side by side. Whether you are starting out, building a remote business or looking for a more established base, the setting is designed to give your work room to grow. Members also have access to the Benchworks App, which brings key services together in one place. It supports digital building access, meeting-room reservations, invoice management, building updates, connections with other members and exclusive discounts. Together, the physical workspace and digital service create a joined-up environment for independent professionals, entrepreneurs and developing businesses.
