About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Chapter House is a members-only coworking and office venue in Devizes, set in a unique Georgian townhouse just off the Market Place. The space brings work, good coffee and food together in a characterful setting, with the website presenting it as a community-focused destination in the heart of town. Coworking is at the centre of the offer, with plans covering single day passes, part-week access, unlimited use and fixed dedicated desks. Members are offered high-speed Wi-Fi, access to call booths, complimentary breakfast tea and filter coffee, and included meeting-room time. The unlimited plan is described as providing 24/7 access, while fixed desks are dedicated private desks with 24/7 access. For businesses seeking more privacy, Chapter House also has a range of private offices available to rent. The site invites enquiries for these spaces and supports a practical blend of individual desks, meeting facilities and office accommodation. Coffee and bites are available for all, giving the venue a welcoming option beyond the membership community. The website currently says the space is being prepared ahead of launch and labels the project “Coming 2026”. The offer is suited to independent professionals, people working away from home and businesses looking for a distinctive local workspace with useful shared facilities and a friendly community feel.
