About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
CREATE Business Hub – Brentwood provides fully serviced private offices and shared workspace for freelancers, entrepreneurs, small businesses and growing teams. Members can choose from private offices, open coworking areas, private pods, fixed desks and hot-desking, while meeting rooms are available for team discussions, client presentations and brainstorming sessions. The hub combines a professional setting with a more creative, welcoming feel than a conventional office. Its Brentwood workspace includes fast, secure broadband, front-of-house reception, secure entry and CCTV, alongside kitchens with fridges, microwaves, dishwashers and complimentary tea and coffee. Printing, scanning, Smart TVs and presentation equipment support everyday work and meetings. There is room to pause as well as focus, with collaboration zones, breakout areas, sofas, a pool table, a dartboard and work pods for quieter tasks. The site is dog-friendly and has on-site showers, adding practical touches for commuters and active professionals. Rolling monthly contracts and ready-to-work offices make it suitable for businesses that want a straightforward base without a long-term tie-in. Close to Brentwood station and the town centre, the hub is convenient for local professionals and London commuters, with step-free access and a secure entry system. Whether you need a regular office, a dedicated desk, a hot desk or a meeting room for a single session, CREATE offers a sociable, community-minded place to work, with charity activities and social events helping tenants connect.
