About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Dunblane Community Co:Working Hub provides a welcoming shared workspace for self-employed people, artists, hybrid workers and anyone seeking a productive alternative to working from home. Based in the town centre, it offers a relaxed environment where concentration and conversation sit comfortably alongside a strong sense of local community. Members can use hot-desking facilities or choose a permanent desk option, with unlimited Wi-Fi, external monitors, a communal kitchen and secure lockers available. The space is designed for practical day-to-day desk work, while also accommodating people pursuing creative projects. Tea, coffee and milk are provided in the shared kitchen, helping create an informal setting for conversation and connection. The hub also provides two meeting rooms. The smaller Nan Shepherd Room suits private video calls, interviews and small meetings, while the larger Jackie Kay Room is intended for bigger gatherings, classes and community activities. Meeting-room facilities include adaptable furniture, presentation equipment and access to the communal areas. Run by volunteers as part of Creative Dunblane, the hub forms part of a wider community and creative initiative based at the historic Burgh Chambers. It is particularly suited to local residents, remote workers and creative practitioners who value an approachable workspace with opportunities to meet others. The main coworking area and smaller meeting room are upstairs via stairs; the larger meeting room, kitchen and toilets are on the ground floor with an accessible entrance.
