About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Fastnet House is a friendly co-working space in Falmouth, created for people and businesses who want more flexibility than a conventional office. Its offer ranges from day-use hot desks and regular hot-desking memberships to dedicated permanent desks and private, lockable studios, giving individuals and small teams room to work in a way that suits them. The space also provides a practical base for meetings and content production. A meeting room for up to six people can be hired by the hour, half day or day, with a large high-definition screen, whiteboards and reliable connectivity. Members can also access discounted video and photography studio use, while the wider workspace combines superfast Wi-Fi with phone-booth access and communal facilities. What sets Fastnet House apart is its emphasis on atmosphere and community. The official description highlights bright, high-end interiors, comfortable sofas, a log burner, plants, natural light, a shared kitchen and relaxed breakout areas. Members are welcomed into a community of like-minded businesses, with regular social events and local perks adding opportunities to connect beyond the desk. It is well suited to independent professionals, visiting workers, small businesses and growing teams, as well as organisations that need a polished setting for focused work or client meetings. Whether you need a productive base for a single day, a dependable desk for the working week or a private studio of your own, Fastnet House offers a warm, professional environment without the stuffiness of a traditional corporate office.
