About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Generator at St Peter’s Square is a modern enterprise hub in central Manchester, offering flexible workspace and practical support for people building and growing a business. Its central setting, close to cultural landmarks and Metrolink connections, makes it a convenient base for freelancers, start-ups, innovators and established teams. The workspace includes designated workstations, private pods and meeting booths, giving you room to settle into focused work, hold conversations or collaborate with others. Free Wi-Fi, lockers, refreshments and telephone booths add useful everyday amenities, while the welcoming community brings together professionals, creators and entrepreneurs. Generator is particularly strong on hands-on business support. Enterprise Officers provide personalised one-to-one guidance to help refine a strategy, work through challenges and uncover new opportunities. The programme also offers workshops and events that build practical skills, encourage creativity and create opportunities to meet like-minded people. For businesses with creative or digital ambitions, the St Peter’s Square space also lists photography and podcasting equipment, high-spec monitors, computers and other professional technology. It is a useful environment for freelancers, early-stage founders and small businesses that want more than a desk: you can work, learn, connect and access focused support in one lively city-centre hub.
