About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Ignition Rooms is a contemporary research studio and viewing facility in central Leicester, designed for face-to-face market research and insight work. It supports research agencies, brands and clients with services ranging from hosted facility use to fuller project support, including recruitment and moderation. The viewing set-up includes a modern, comfortable viewing room for 8–10 observers, a two-way mirror, three large windows and a studio that seats around 10 people. This arrangement is well suited to qualitative sessions where clients need a clear view of participant discussions and activities. Research teams can also make use of two HD cameras, professional stereo microphones, a 40-inch television, secure transfer of session files, web-streaming options and eye-tracking equipment. The facility is designed to support focus groups, depth interviews, UX research, hall tests and workshops. A professional food-preparation kitchen includes AV and intercom connectivity with the studio and viewing room, double ovens, microwaves, an induction hob, two fridges and generous storage. It is particularly useful for food and drink testing, allowing stimulus to be prepared and delivered close to the research space. Alongside the viewing facilities, Ignition Rooms offers a bright 150-square-metre ground-floor area for workshops, break-outs and hall tests, with space for more than 20 people, a casual kitchen and reception areas. Its central Leicester location, client parking and proximity to the railway station make it a practical choice for research teams working with local participants or travelling clients.
