ImpactSE is a social-enterprise incubation hub in Winchester, created by Action Hampshire and managed on its behalf by IncuHive. It is designed for purpose-led organisations at different stages, from newly established ventures to established social enterprises looking to grow. The hub provides dedicated desk space in an open-plan working environment, placing social entrepreneurs alongside other like-minded organisations. This encourages collaboration, shared learning and useful connections, while offering an alternative to working alone from home. Members can also take part in regular networking events and webinars covering subjects such as mission, marketing and financial support. ImpactSE’s support extends beyond workspace. The team offers help with investment preparation, including pitch decks and Crowdfunder campaigns, alongside specialist finance guidance for social entrepreneurs. Additional practical assistance is available with areas such as social-enterprise registration, finance, human resources, websites, IT and business mentoring. The space also provides a registered and postal address service, with options ranging from post-box rental to wider administrative support. Its intended audience is clearly social entrepreneurs and organisations seeking a collaborative base, purposeful connections and hands-on help to develop sustainable community-focused work.
