About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
iungoworks – Cardiff Bay provides flexible coworking and serviced offices in West Bute House, pairing a recently refurbished workspace with the character of a Grade II listed building. The setting retains Georgian architectural details while offering contemporary, high-spec work areas for people who want a professional alternative to working from home or a traditional long lease. Coworking members can use dedicated workstations with electric standing desks and 24-inch monitors, secure superfast fibre broadband, complimentary bean-to-cup coffee and tea, and meeting-room access with hybrid conferencing. Memberships are designed to flex around individuals, small teams and larger organisations, with day and twilight passes available for occasional use. For growing teams, the serviced offices provide private, furnished workspaces for two to eight people, with monitors, television and hybrid conferencing, plus a communal kitchen and breakout areas. Meeting rooms support small gatherings through to larger business sessions, while the Crawshay Suite adds Cardiff Bay views, whiteboard facilities and a polished atmosphere for client meetings or team days. The venue also offers indoor and outdoor event space, including an Italian courtyard, with high-speed Wi-Fi, hybrid technology and optional catering. Regular networking and community events add a social dimension, making iungoworks a natural fit for remote professionals, freelancers, start-ups, scale-ups, corporates and hybrid teams. With Cardiff Bay station and bus links nearby, it is easy to combine focused work with a change of scene by the waterfront.
