About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
KIM Inspire – The Hub is a community-focused venue in Holywell offering practical space for organisations, groups and individuals. Its facilities include hot-desking opportunities, office space and a range of meeting rooms for one-off or regular hire. The Hub can support meetings, workshops and community activities, with rooms of varying sizes and a largest space suitable for groups of up to 60 people. Local venue information also notes projector facilities, Wi-Fi, catering and access to a commercial kitchen, making the setting useful for both professional and community gatherings. Outdoor space and a garden add an appealing extra dimension for breaks, informal activities or events, while on-site parking and full disability access help make visits more convenient. The venue has a friendly, practical character rather than a corporate feel, reflecting KIM Inspire’s wider charitable work. Alongside room hire, KIM Inspire runs community activities, wellbeing groups, creative courses and volunteering opportunities. The Hub is therefore suited to partner organisations, local groups, community users and people looking for a welcoming place to meet, work, learn or take part in supportive activities.
