About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
LIME TREE WORK SHOP is a design-led coworking space in Sevenoaks, created inside a restored historic warehouse. Spread across 4,500 square feet and three floors, it combines natural light, high ceilings and distinctive architectural features with practical places to work. The result is a professional setting with character, suited to people who want more than a conventional desk. Choose from hot desking for occasional use, dedicated desks for a more settled base, and private offices for added privacy. The space also supports small teams, with private workspace available for groups of up to five and desk banks that can accommodate a small team. Day and half-day passes, monthly memberships and ad hoc use make it suitable for freelancers, start-ups, remote and hybrid workers, and growing businesses. Meeting needs are well catered for, with two bookable rooms seating four and eight people, plus a soundproof private pod for confidential calls, online meetings or quiet solo work. The larger boardroom includes a 55-inch screen, while the ground floor can be hired for private events, workshops and community gatherings in the evenings and at weekends. Virtual Office services are also available. Members can use fast Wi-Fi, private phone booths, fair-use printing and scanning, a separate kitchen, lounge areas and showers, alongside access to a calendar of networking and social events. The atmosphere is welcoming and community-minded, with the space designed to help local professionals focus, meet others and build their businesses. Drop in for an occasional workday or settle into a thoughtful, sociable base in the heart of Sevenoaks.
