M-SParc Coworking Space offers a welcoming place to work in Gaerwen, within M-SParc’s science-park campus. The public coworking area is based in Caffi Tanio, where visitors can work with free Wi-Fi without booking in advance. The space combines a relaxed café atmosphere with practical facilities for independent workers, entrepreneurs and visitors who want a change of scene. Caffi Tanio serves fresh local produce and coffee, while its open setting encourages people to work, meet others and develop new ideas. For more formal work, M-SParc provides four meeting rooms for groups of four to 14 people, with presentation screens, video-conferencing equipment and connectivity for online meetings. The Tanio area can also be adapted for conferences and events of up to 120 delegates, with Wi-Fi, screens, a PA system and on-site catering. The wider campus offers offices, laboratories and workshops for businesses ranging from start-ups to larger corporate companies, alongside bespoke business support. Visitors also benefit from accessible facilities, accessible parking, lift access to meeting rooms and offices, sheltered bike stands, showers and good public-transport connections.
