About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Our Distrikt is a flexible coworking space in Truro, designed for people who want a professional place to work without the formality of a traditional office. Desk rental is offered on short- and longer-term bases, with daily and monthly arrangements described in public workspace information. This makes it suitable for remote workers, freelancers, start-ups and small teams seeking a practical base in Cornwall. Members and visitors can make use of meeting rooms, phone booths, breakout areas, a lounge, kitchen, lockers, showers and broadband or Wi-Fi. Parking is available, and public listings also describe air conditioning, heating, free coffee, drinking water and pet-friendly facilities. These features support focused solo work as well as meetings and informal collaboration. The workspace has a community-led, welcoming character. Its stated audience includes innovative young businesses, entrepreneurs and digital workers, while descriptions of the resident mix span creative, music, PR, events, accounting and advertising businesses. Networking and collaboration are part of the appeal, helping members exchange ideas, contacts and practical support as their work develops. Set within Truro’s Newham business quarter, Our Distrikt combines a business-focused setting with easy access to the city centre, riverside walks and nearby woodland. A relaxed atmosphere, comfortable shared areas and small touches such as pool and table tennis give the space a sociable feel without losing its professional purpose. Whether you need a desk for a day, a meeting room or a more regular working base, it is intended to offer a flexible environment that adapts to different ways of working.
