About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Outset is a modern workspace and coworking community in Warrington town centre, designed for businesses, freelancers and creatives who want a professional place to work, meet and grow. Its position overlooking Bank Park and close to Warrington Bank Quay station makes it a convenient base for local members and visiting professionals. The workspace provides fully serviced and furnished offices, hot-desking and private work pods alongside meeting rooms for teams, event space and day-office provision. Meeting rooms can be configured for different requirements and include presentation facilities and catering options, while the event space is suited to conferences, workshops and networking gatherings. Coworking users can choose from short-term passes and longer access options, with high-speed internet, quiet and soundproofed booths, breakout areas, printing and scanning, monitors, lockers, showers and a fitted communal kitchen. The business centre also offers front-desk support, mail handling and regular community activities, creating a useful balance between focused work and opportunities to connect. An onsite café adds a relaxed social dimension, serving locally roasted coffee, fresh meals and meeting platters. Its pods can support informal breakout meetings or give freelancers and creatives a comfortable setting to meet, share ideas and take a break. Whether you need a permanent office, a desk for the day, a meeting room or space for an event, Outset presents a friendly, well-equipped environment for productive work and collaboration.
