About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Patch Twickenham is a neighbourhood workspace and community venue in a transformed Art Deco Electricity Board building. It brings together work, culture and community in a welcoming setting for startups, creatives, freelancers, small businesses and community builders. Members can choose from hot-desking coworking, dedicated desks and fully serviced private offices for teams of two to twelve. The workspaces include ergonomic furniture, second screens, phone booths, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, lounges, breakout areas, printing and complimentary bean-to-cup coffee. Dedicated desks add lockable storage and acoustic screens, while private offices offer a ready-to-use base supported by a friendly site team. The venue also provides meeting rooms and event spaces for workshops, team off-sites, talks and community gatherings. Facilities include video conferencing rooms, a podcast studio, a naturally lit meeting and events studio, and a street-facing café and event space. Regular member events and community activities help create an atmosphere that is professional, sociable and rooted in the local area. Visitors can also find Django’s Specialty Coffee House on the ground floor, alongside a Library of Things offering household, DIY and gardening items for hire. Whether you need a focused desk for the day, a permanent base for a growing team, or an inspiring place to meet and collaborate, Patch Twickenham combines practical workspace with an active local community.
