About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Pause Creative Studios is a bright, welcoming creative space in Macclesfield offering several ways to work, make and connect. Its core services include self-portrait photography, pay-as-you-go co-working and flexible studio hire for content creation, events and workshops. The studio is designed to feel relaxed and open to everyone, rather than like a formal corporate workspace. Co-working takes place in a shared environment with a main open working area, three versatile private side rooms and varied seating, including beanbags, stools and comfortable chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, complimentary tea, coffee and light snacks support focused sessions, while the change of scenery and friendly atmosphere suit freelancers, small-business owners, corporate professionals and anyone needing a productive day away from home. For creative projects, the self-portrait studio provides professional photography equipment, private use, a remote clicker and live preview, allowing visitors to take unlimited photos without a photographer. Digital images are delivered the same day. Families, couples, individuals, creatives and pets are explicitly welcomed, making the experience suitable for personal milestones, content creation and relaxed memory-making. The wider studio offers private space for content creation, workshops, events and informal gatherings, with the main studio and side rooms arranged flexibly for different needs. Facilities include a kitchen, drinks, snacks and toilet facilities. Founded by Amy and Greg, Pause Creative Studios has a community-minded character and provides an inspiring place to focus, experiment or spend time together.
