About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
SO Fourteen is a coworking community in Southampton city centre serving small businesses, start-ups, freelancers and remote workers. It provides a professional, creative setting for people who want a dedicated place to work, collaborate and build useful connections. The workspace offers desk-based coworking, including dedicated workstations and hot-desk style options, alongside private meeting areas and meeting rooms. Members and visitors can also make use of high-speed Wi-Fi, phone booths, printing facilities, lockers and cycle storage. Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast have also been described as part of the workspace experience. A strong feature is the emphasis on community rather than simply providing desks. SO Fourteen has been presented as a supportive environment where members can meet like-minded people, attend regular events and access practical business support and professional networks. That makes it suitable for independent workers, growing ventures and small teams seeking a more connected alternative to working from home. Its central Southampton position places the workspace close to local amenities and major transport links, with the city centre and ferry connections nearby. The atmosphere is described as bright, open and stimulating, with a scale intended to encourage conversation without losing a professional feel. Whether you need a regular workstation, a place to meet clients or a sociable base for focused work, SO Fourteen is designed for people who value both productivity and a welcoming business community.
