Sonder Coffee in Salisbury brings together quality coffee, light bites and a welcoming co-working space above the café. Coffee is supplied by Extract Coffee Roasters, while the food offering includes snacks, cakes and sweet treats, making the venue equally suited to a morning coffee, a relaxed break or a productive working session. The co-working area offers three individual desks alongside a larger shared desk for hot-desking. A whole room can also be hired for a team day or group meeting, giving remote workers, visiting professionals and small teams a practical place to work together while staying close to the café’s sociable atmosphere. There is more to Sonder than everyday coffee and workspace use. The Salisbury venue hosts community events, workshops and cultural celebrations, and is available for bespoke private hire. Its event offer includes pop-up shops and creative workshops, with an alcohol licence and a range of packages for different occasions. The space retains character from its earlier life as The India Shop, including original brickwork and wooden floors, and has been carefully adapted for its new role. The result is a characterful, independent café with a warm, people-focused feel, welcoming locals, visitors, creatives, home workers and teams. It is also recognised locally as a dog-friendly space.
