About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
The Light Room - Linlithgow is a calm, light-filled creative space offering hot-desking and coworking for people who want a more focused alternative to working from home or busy cafés. Hot-desking is available to book for half or full days, with a small shared working community and capacity for up to 10 people. Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, power sockets, a fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffee and biscuits. The atmosphere is deliberately quiet and respectful, making it well suited to laptop-based work and occasional calls. Monthly coworking days offer a little more structure and connection, with optional check-ins, gentle accountability and opportunities to share ideas. They are designed for business owners and creatives who enjoy working alongside others while retaining the freedom to focus independently. The venue also provides a garden and outdoor deck for breaks or calls, on-site parking and easy access from Linlithgow railway station. Alongside coworking, The Light Room hosts events, workshops, regular classes and photography activity, creating a warm and versatile setting for local professionals, creatives and small groups.
