About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
The Nexus Room is a small, personal coworking space in Edinburgh, offering six desks in a modern, newly refurbished setting. Shared and run by film production company Neon Eye Productions Ltd, it is designed for individuals and small businesses who value a more relaxed alternative to large hot-desking hubs. Flexible membership options include dedicated desks through weekly and monthly packages, while the wider offer also includes drop-in hot desking and virtual office services. Businesses can use the space for networking events, workshops, seminars and other professional gatherings, and it also has potential as a film location through its production-company operator. The workspace combines practical facilities with a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Members have access to superfast broadband, a kitchenette, tea, coffee and snacks, a relaxation area, shower facilities, mail handling, and printing, photocopying and scanning. Neighbourhood discounts add a useful local touch, helping the space feel connected to the surrounding community. Situated between Bruntsfield, Fountainbridge and Tollcross, The Nexus Room is convenient for people working in central Edinburgh and nearby neighbourhoods. Haymarket is close by and a bus stop is nearby, making it a practical base for freelancers, small enterprises and visiting professionals looking for a more personal place to work.
