About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Where We Create is a flexible coworking space in Ilfracombe, set close to the harbour and North Devon coast. Built from scratch with custom desks, polished concrete and conveniently placed power points, it offers a relaxed alternative to working from home or a conventional office. Its community brings together creatives, founders, musicians, strategists and other independent thinkers, including people rooted locally and those who have moved away from city life. The workspace supports both occasional and longer stays. Hot desks and places at the shared table suit anyone looking for a change of scene, while dedicated workstations give regular users a consistent base where they can leave their setup ready for the next day. Fast Wi-Fi and plentiful sockets, including USB-C and USB connections, help make everyday work straightforward. Shared facilities encourage a sociable rhythm without getting in the way of focused work. There is a communal kitchen and dining area with tea and coffee, plus a lounge for informal conversations, reading or settling into a different working spot. For calls, interviews and pitches, members can use a private, soundproofed booth with a ring light. The space has an easy-going, community-minded atmosphere, with shared lunches and activities such as language sessions, music nights and social evenings. It is arranged on one level and includes a wheelchair-accessible toilet, helping make the workspace more welcoming. If you want productive surroundings with room for both concentration and connection, it offers a thoughtful coastal base.
