About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Yorkshire Coast Connections Business Hub is a light, modern shared workspace in Scarborough’s Falsgrave area, designed for business owners, freelancers and remote workers who want a professional setting without the isolation of working from home. The atmosphere is friendly and focused, with comfortable desks, fast Wi-Fi and a collaborative local business community. Flexible options include day hot desks and resident desks for those seeking a regular base. Users can settle into a proper workstation with supportive seating, extra monitors, refreshments and kitchen facilities, while meeting spaces provide a quieter, polished setting for client conversations, interviews, planning sessions and small-group training. A standout feature is the dedicated podcast and media suite, equipped for professional audio and video recording. It supports podcasts, interviews, webinars, online courses, promotional videos and social content, with technician support and editing services available for those who would rather concentrate on their message than the technical setup. Beyond workspace hire, Yorkshire Coast Connections brings local businesses together through networking events and practical training. It is particularly well suited to entrepreneurs and small teams looking to make useful contacts, create content and build momentum in a welcoming setting. The ground-floor layout offers wheelchair access, wide corridors, spacious work areas, an accessible toilet and dedicated accessible parking, while nearby rail, bus and taxi connections make the hub straightforward to reach.
